Received damaged product

Did your order arrive damaged? That, of course, is very annoying. Please contact us – together we will find a suitable solution. Either way, we’ll make sure you’re satisfied.

The trick is disappointing

Returning because you don’t like a trick is unfortunately not possible. Magic products are all about the secret behind the trick – and that is known after purchase. Not sure if a trick suits you? Feel free to ask us for advice, and we will be happy to help you make a good choice.

Warranty

You are always entitled to a sound product. We feel it is only logical that the legal warranty applies to all of our items.
